TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our standard check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 10:00am, if you require an early check in or late departure please contact us, additional charges may apply.
We strive to maintain a tranquil and peaceful ambience in our complex. For this reason, we expect all guests to keep noise at an acceptable level until 9:00pm then any noise is to be kept strictly low. Failure to comply may result in eviction with no refunds.
All our rooms are non smoking, if it is deemed you have smoked in the room a additional cleaning fee of $200 (AUST) will be charged to the card on file we have.
We do not accept cash, if you are paying by a debit card the nightly room rate plus a $200.00 pre authorization will be charged to the card, this pre authorization amount will be refunded within 5-10 days. This only applies for first time Guests.
Upon check in the full amount of accommodation charges will be charged to your payment card.
The cancellation period is 24 hours, if your reservation is on a designated Queensland Public Holiday the cancellation period is 5 days, if the property has not received confirmation of the cancellation the first nights accommodation charge will be charged to the card on file we have.
All reservations received by 3rd party web sites require photo identification on check in which we will photocopy.
Our units are serviced twice a week (depending on your length of service) and we do not service rooms on weekends or Public Holidays. We expect when you vacate you will leave the room in a 'reasonable and clean' state, if the room has been left with excessive amounts of dirty dishes or appliances or left extremely untidy an additional $150 cleaning charge will be charged to the card on file we have.
Our Reception is open from 8am to 6:00pm, if arriving after or before these hours please call us on the day of arrival so we can explain our after hours/early check in procedure.
Your security is important to us and while staying we ask everyone to lock their Villas, under the InnKeepers Act we can not accept any liable for any loss to unit contents or vehicle and its contents or external.
We do not permit pets in the complex or units except sight/hearing assistance.
Vehicles must be parked in the designated carspace for your allocated unit and one vehicle per unit is permitted, we do not allow vehicles on grassed areas or any other non designated parking areas.
Washing and dryers are available for your personal use at no charge.
Swimming Pool hours are 8am to 8pm seven days/week.
The barbecues are provided free of charge and must be cleaned after use.
We do not permit any illegal activities within the complex and if it is deemed the relevant authorities will be called and the relevant party/people will be removed accordingly.
